Extending the principles of PRINCE2 and ITIL to go beyond normal Project Management, Keystage Consulting initiated a service oriented approach to be able to focus on results-based project management. While approximately 75% of CEO’s today recognize the need to adopt a more structured approach in managing and delivering projects successfully, less than 42% have initiated a programme of change. Furthermore over 70% of projects are not deemed a success as the criteria for success are not defined before the project is started. KeyStage focuses on its Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) offering to bring about change in this area.
